"Terrible service which ruined the whole meal. The waiter came and took our order/bright me my drink and then we never saw him again until I had to ask the host 2 times to send him over. I say there w my water and my cocktail depleted and unable to order another. When he finally did come we just got the check and called it. But it was really appalling how terrible the service was. Even after I told the host about it as no one still came over until I asked a second time. Really disappointing. And the menu really left a lot to be desired. Not enough variety in dishes."

"I didn't eat today. I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome from her host, she engaged in conversation when she sat. Once we hardly had to wait for our server, although it was a bit busy due to his mother's day. Nathan was my server and he was so delightful. He was very attentive and prompt. Had a nice tone and smile. Also very knowledge about the menu. Brad, the bartender expedited our drinks quickly and they were delicious.. when we waited for the meal all the other employees were busy keeping the place clean and tidy. Kenya, a server that took care of a table next to us, was as pleasant and attentive as Nathan. Even when she came by. Meggan, one of the managers, was very accommodating throughout our experience and very helpful for all employees. Our food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and the presentation of the plates was nicely done. The quality of our Tiramisu French Toast and Pork Hasch were amazing! Nathan came back shortly after a second bite to be sure we were satisfied as well as another manager, Christopher . He was also very energetic and delightful. Overall, I had a great experience, will definitely return. I recommend Piedmont to everyone in the area!!"

"The restaurant is beautifully designed and the chef clearly has a good understanding of food. We were excited to try many dishes as everything on the menu sounded delicious. However, our server's lack of hospitality made us hesitant. We ultimately ended up only ordering a few items. It's concerning when you have to initiate greeting your server. The overall experience was impacted by this weak link."

"Food came slightly warm, not sure whether it was just sitting under a heat lamp. The room was quite cold and they finally adjusted the temperature when they told us that the cake for the birthday party could not be cut. Not a while back. It is a beautiful place too bad service was slow and the food was cold!"

"Nice environment. Not too brightly lit. Drink prices were affordable and strong. I had the 20z Ribeye medium. With potatoes au gratin on the side. Order came out at around the same length of time as other steak houses I've been to. The steak came out medium as I ordered. With a nice crust on the outside. Like a good steak house, no need for steak sauce. The juices from the steak was the only sauce needed. The bread came in handy to sop it up. Potatoes were warm and soft. Along with a nice crisp on the cheese. I'll be returning next time I'm in town."

"we ordered appetizer of the spinach/cheese dip which arrived after our salads and the cheese was hardened on the top making the dish hard to eat. My wife had the lemon chicken and the beans were over cooked and the gnoochi was like eating a flour ball, the chicken was okay. I had the pasta and the noodles were stuck together in the sauce and the amount of mushrooms, olives, and tomatoes was very small, making the dish a stuck together pile of noodles."

"This place is a favorite. My friend and I try to come once a month. Is it expensive? It is. Is it worth it? Absolutely. It's an experience beyond “let's go to the bar and have a drink.” If fine dining was a bar, it would be Obstacle No. 1. You're treated to ambience, personal service, a great atmosphere, and some of the best concoctions I've ever had. If you're in town, you should put this on your list."

I would like to go back to hudson to eat there at any time. the lardo toast and the Radicchio-Gelato-Dessert (yes really among the best things I have eaten in months. bravo and I cannot wait to come back. "food and service were very good, but was disappointed there was only one vegan/vegetarian option on the main course menu. there were farm animals prepared nine different ways, but the only non-meat option was the vegan sopes (they were good, but still a lack of creativity considering they were advertised as being vegetarian friendly)."

"Meat was very good. Not Texas good, but good. The sides were okay. Collards way too salty and mac and cheese was just eh but the cornbread was excellent. The main problem was the noise level and the very slow service. I ordered a cornbread mid-way through and it didn 't arrive til after we had paid the check, despite asking about it several times."

"So if you read my review on Star Pizza my friend and I had lunch a couple days after we did star and we chose Dragon Rouge. Completely different experience! It was lunch and because of the monetary size of the order they didn 't charge the delivery fee. Simply wrote it off the bill. Second condiments were accounted for everything had required sauce chopsticks etc etc not like Star looking for blue cheese and celery sticks that didn 't come with our chicken wings. But I digress. The hidden jewel in the menu is the Clay pot catfish. I don 't even think it 's listed as their favorite but if I was to have died that day I would have died a very very content person. It 's not your typical catfish flavor. You would think it 's a solid white meat like monk or cod but it is to die for and it should be on your on your weekend hey let 's go get a drink and munch list. "The best is out!! I'm always looking forward to going here. Let me just start with how much I love the cupcakes and candy, they are always so creative and pretty. You have a very good candy selection, and they have an option where you can get a bag and choose the candy you want to buy! The sweetness is also very affordable and so good. The design on the inside and outside of the shop is so sweet, and I love the decorations they have. The workers here seem to really like their job here and are so kind. I feel very comfortable here and it makes me happy!"
