"Had a terrible experience during the very early morning hours where I went to order. Ordered from the kiosk inside. I stood by the counter for about 20 minutes and no one approached me nor asked me if I needed assistance. So I decide to ask one of the employees crossing by about my order and she quickly looks at me and then continues on her way without providing assistance nor answering? so after another 10 minutes and still no food I decide to request the manager and get refund to leave. Well instead of getting refund, the manager calls another employee who is a male this time to process the refund. The kiosk didn?t provide receipt as I order for in store, or maybe it had no ink. The mentioned employee proceeds to charge me another order supposedly to process the refund. The end result, I ended with no food and charged twice of which only one refund came back. Horrendous experience and a shame by the way management handled it! Not to mention the fact that they kept my paid order and money!"

"My fries were old and there were no straws provided. The Big Mac was also much smaller than expected and they charged extra for beef when there was none. The location in Puerto Rico was much better as the meat matched the bun and was thicker than the one here. Additionally, the staff always had a friendly smile there, unlike here. The service for takeout dinner was average, with a rating of 3. The price per person ranged from $20-30. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 3."

"As a new mom, we frequently would go to this McDonalds during late night hours. We are going through the four month sleep regression and have tried to go to this McDonalds three times the past two weeks only to be told in the drive thru every time that they are only doing delivery?? This store is supposed to be 24 hours and has been the 3 years we have lived here. Why would we pay an extra $10+ to have cold food delivered almost two hours later when we live 2 minutes away? By the time it’s delivered we would already be back asleep. Such a lazy late night staff."

"I had a lovely time there. Customer service was outstanding. The workers were very friendly and very kind. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy. And it was a nice quiet place to meditate after you finish your meal. There was a young man there that day and he was cleaning the bathrooms. I've never seen bathrooms so sparkling clean at a restaurant before. Matter of fact the whole restaurant was sparkling clean. The breakfast was pretty good, very tasty and welI prepared. I enjoyed my time there."

"employer rude, how can glaring and scoofing if they hate their jobs so bad they find a new work or mangment it has to work to a better place. I also noticed almost every night that their credit card machine goes down, or if they are underoccupied 6/7 days I went to the last two weeks. it was a regular thing for the last year that cash money will take everything they take with each with cards in these days and it in the night to work the day and the next day on the way, it is good for a fountain pop but a mysterious breaking credit card machine only in the night, seems like someone stealing or lazy to be and to realize that they make the half of it up."

"The McDonald's in Richmond IL off 173 and rte 12 is so kind to allow me to be dropped of by the nice officers of McHenry County Sheriff dept do to the company i was working at Qubex Trucking is being put out of service for purchasing stolen semi and stolen semi trailers probably from the Hodgkins UPS freight terminal and sold as fake great dane trailers 2014. Upon starting i had mentioned this equipment looked stolen to Valdmir the owner it was brought to my attention by undercover DEA FAA friend of mine there might be running drugs on this company equipment, so i did further research amd found many flaws in trailer and truck indicators equipment stolen and with a hunch the dumb thieves left business card of repair shop down where suspicious theff possibly at UPS terminal by inside employees. Cause the terminal in Oak Creek WI UPS facility had a known drug bust by company employees."

"the ordering of life means of these mcds is like luck game, its totally random what they get: 1/3 of the time they get their order right. 1/3 of the time they get their order easily wrong. 1/3 the time they give them something completely different. in games: I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal, and instead cheeseburger, I got 2 hamburger, and on them was an expression-out-sicker, the xtra salt, xtra pickles once gave me four great Hawaiian stamps with my big Mac-Mahl from any reason (I wanted only one koks). once again I ordered spicy mcnuggets and got a fish-o-filling meal. ordered 2 double cheeseburger and 2 mcchikens and got: 2 large macs and 2 large pommes.: ordered the worst 2 cheerful meals 2 apple cakes. look at them on the way to home, no fries no tore, went back (about 10 cars in the line) waited 45min, they asked for reception and gave me a little back, I left the window stupid from habit, then got to house no fries."

"I ordered breakfast from McDonald's through Grubhub. Despite the high delivery fee, Grubhub selected a location near me (10 minutes away by car) and promised a delivery time of 8:20 to 8:30 a.m. I was skeptical since I placed the order at 8 a.m. It would take time to cook everything and find a driver unless McDonald's was sending pre-made food. I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes, extra sausage, and extra biscuits, along with a medium sweet tea. The driver appeared on the tracker around 8:03 a.m., and I hoped it was my driver as some have a habit of showing up and then disappearing. The driver arrived at McDonald's after 8:20 a.m., causing the estimated delivery time to change. However, this is common and the new estimated time was 8:30 to 8:40 a.m. I also noticed that the restaurant had a rating of under four stars on Google Maps, which made me slightly worried. Most of the complaints were about service and wait times, so I hoped my experience would be different. The food arrived at around 8:34 a.m., which wasn't bad, and it was well packed. The driver was polite. The food was still hot, except for the hash browns, and it was delicious. The tea was good, cold, and not overly iced, which I appreciated. Overall, I would rate this place five out of five."

"I really enjoy the new chocolatey pretzel McFlurry at this restaurant! The sign says they are open until 3am, and it seems like they are because they are still serving customers past midnight. However, when I went shortly after midnight, all of the menu signs were off. It's not a big deal, but it made it a bit confusing as I couldn't see what items they offered at this location."

"I don't leave a lot of reviews, but in extreme cases, it is deserved. In all my 32 years of life, I have had an unreasonable amount of McDonald's food and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that this McDonald's served the best burger(Double QP) I have ever received from a McDonald's. The QP patty in particular is often dry, albeit delicious, maybe a combination of too much sodium and being pressed, but the patties me and my family got from this McDonald's Less than 20 minutes ago, were hot and juicy. I bit into it and grease actually dripped out of it, and you could actually see the beef browning from the parts that made contact with the flattop. This was a sit-down restaurant quality burger, really impressive."

"The restaurant provided quick and friendly service, with a clean and well-maintained environment. The food arrived promptly, hot, and exactly as ordered.
