"This was not a good visit. I made a reservation for 9 people for 11:00a on 8/20. When we arrived they acted like they had no idea of the reservation and no table was ready. It took 45 mins to get served. At the end I gave them a Gold Coast loyalty card provided by the F&B Manager when I visited the month prior with the same 9 guests. No one had any idea what to do with the card which provides a 15% discount and valet parking. That took 15 mins to resolve. When I went to get the cars from valet, they had no idea about not charging for parking and that took 20 mins to resolve. The webpage clearly states that dine in is provided free valet but they are changing the rules in mid-stream. While everyone was very nice, they are either new or need appropriate training."

"Casual place. More Apre Ski than Restaurant. Eat very well. Tried the Lobster Mac, Crabcake and Caesar Salat. All were very good. Friendly atmosphere. Had the smoked old fashion, which was also very good. Portion size was good. The best bet is to order and share a few dishes."
