"I love the kanikama roll. It has shrimp tempura and crab meat in it. I ordered this roll on my visit and was disappointed with the presentation. I pointed out the discrepancy with the waitress and was told the chef has freedom to show creativity. The roll was made with what was stated on the menu (3 basic ingredients of rice, shrimp, and crab meat) and no further offer to replace or change the roll was made. I ate the roll as is but wish the owner(s) would stress consistency when preparing their sushi rolls. Most days the kanikama is amazing but on this day it was dry and lacked substance."
