"The two things that caused them to lose a star was 1. I’ve never liked the practice of adding gratuity even when it’s only two people. It’s stops being a tip at that point and you guarantee that I won’t tip anymore. I usually do 20-25% but they gratted me at 15%. 2. There were a few huge gaps in time between them checking on us which left us waiting to order more, get a Togo box or pay our tab. Now for all the good stuff. The bao burgers they have were delicious. We had the pork and the short rib. The miso soups were great. I got the Japanese old fashioned and it was made perfectly. For our entree we had the pad Thai and the Mongolian beef with the short rib and both were excellent. Our waiter was super nice and had a great attitude. The spicy tuna roll was perfect."

"This spot is near my house so I really wanted it to be good because I love sushi. The spring rolls were not bad but similar to frozen ones I get in a box. The sushi was not good at all had a bad taste. I ordered one California roll and one sweet potato. Unfortunately, I could not eat them. Place was dead empty now I know why. The 2 stars are for the refried spring rolls."
