"Their website says they close at 9pm. I placed an order online at 8:05pm, I was charged for the food and got a confirmation to pick up at 8:35pm. I arrived at 8:28pm, the place was dark and a woman was sitting on a chair in the dark eating something and watching TV. I knocked on the door to ask about my order and she just shouted very rudely through the glass door, We 're closed! I shouted in return, But you guys charged me, may I get my money back? She still sat there and shouted back at me, I can 't help you, come back tomorrow! I asked for her name but she wouldn 't give it to me. She didn 't even apologize, she didn 't come up to me at the door, she just sat there with her feet up and was very rude. They had my number on file when I placed my order, it would have been nice if they could have called me to explain it wouldn 't be ready before closing and to reassure me of a refund. Terrible business! Don 't expect to be treated like a human being during the night shift."
