"I returned because food was good, but this time it was really bad... Beans were very watery and the Culichi shrimps were all soup!!! You should have given me a spoon instead of a fork. Sad to become so much for 2 orders almost $50, that is without drinks and so disappointing for it. Never again."

"Normally love this place, but service has been horrible lately. Just called and was put on hold for 6 minutes. Hung up and called back in case they forgot, and was put on hold again for 7 minutes and then hung up on. Called a third time to try andtalk to the girl before being put on hold again before I could say a word she dropped the phone down and ignored me. Servicelike that isn?t going to keep the doors open."

"To bad Google doesn’t have half a star or 0 stars. I’m so upset after being a while of not coming to this location I see nothing has changed. The service is so bad and the manager was so rude. so disgusted with how I was treated. I didn’t get the managers name but we went on 05.6.23 at around 11:00pmI ordered 2 empanadas and they were stale, so when I returned them back the manager approached my table to ask me if I am Colombian and if I’ve tasted Colombian empanadas prior.First of all what difference would it make if I was Colombian or not ? I’ve been coming to this location literally I kid you not for over 15 years and I will never come back to this location ever again.You should be argumentative with a customer about an item if they did not like it. After this the waiter not once came to check on the table to see how things were going. I had to get the attention of another waiter to help us get a to go box and close out check out. All I did at the end was 0% tip."

"Went to try cachapa with shredded meat. They didn't have any available on this day. Tried chicharones with their hot sauce, green cilantro sauce? They both was very flavorful, Awsome!Tried their specialty verde burger with beef chicken. It was way better than expected. Juicy, tasteful even smelled great had that grill scent. Used plenty of napkins (juicy and sauces) but not complaining. As we were finishing up waitress told us the cachapas just arrived. Ordered 2 for takeout. 1 with chesse the other with shredded beef and cheese. Excellent overall!"

"Hello, this message is for the owner of Pollo Royal in Revere Tue March/31/2024 5:30 Pm I had very bad service from the waitress, I didn't even take napkins and I had to get up to drink my soda and she charged me a $13.41 tip so excessively I am not bothered by the amount of tip for me that is a handout why I always leave $20 or more for a tip why I understand and am considerate of those who serve me and my family so sir owner be careful because I already Pay attention to the saying of that person who treats people very badly. I think that lady is from Colonbia because of how she settled. I will be expressing how I feel on all social networks why what these people do with their clients is not fair."

"Steak Burrito was slamming. They put the lettuce and tomato on the side. Didnt have guacamole but it was ok bc it was tasty. Has to add a little hot sauce but over all Id get it again."

"the order was correct. I was just expecting to have more Greek flavors? the taziki sauce had no cumber flavor. there was no feta. falafel was dry. the gyro meat was flavorful! and the rice was good. if you're not into typical Greek flavors, you will like this place."

"Came for an Astros game but there wasn't a lot of people. Service was really good. The bartender was very nice and friendly. We sat in the back it was cute with plenty of large screens to cheer on our team! Strong margarita, good tacos and tasty michelada. Yum! Parking is tight and limited but they mentioned you can park at the seafood place and somewhere else next door."

"The food here is REALLY good. Large portions and quality to boot. The people who work there are a little hard to understand but it looks like they hired a young lady that runs the “counter” the atmosphere is, we'll it's run from a truck. If you want good gyros, this Is the place!"
