"we found this caffe online think it was worth a try. it has surpassed our expectations. on a Saturday night at 7 o'clock and managed to achieve the last available table. had korean ribs, fish tacos and salmon chowder. service was fast and attentive and eat really fresh and tasty. a real sound. also pampered with the dulcet de leche dessert to finish very recommended"

"Newly remodeled in West Elm Beach House the dining area is light, roomy, and relaxing. The servers were all friendly, and game, but as at many other places during the pandemic the staff and kitchen seemed disorganized. Our appetizer came out with the main course, and none of the servers seemed familiar with the beverage options. My wife had the Fresh Catch salmon plate, which she said was excellent. I ordered a couple of tacos, grilled fish (which was fine, but not more) and guajillo shrimp (which were in a too-sweet sauce), served in thin tortillas that disintegrated before I could finish eating them."

"Food served was cold upon arrival. Table we were placed at did not appear to be wiped down, and the seat cushion backs has large tears in them. The restaurant floor in the dining area had debris on it. Overall, the restaurant looked run down and not clean. As we walked in. I look for restaurant cleanliness as the first indicator of whether or not the food served is going to be good and safe to eat."

"Parking was awful, but not the restaurant's fault. We waited at least 15 minutes for the waiter to come to our table to order a drink. Once our food arrived, my ramen was cold. I mentioned it to my husband, and didn't realize really our waiter was right there. He took it back, and 20 minutes later brought another one that was hot. Of course, my husband had finished his meal by then. The ramen was only mehhh. Broth didn't have much flavor. We had ordered some food to go for Saturday Football. It took FOREVER even though the order was placed when we ordered our dinner. We ate that food today, and both agreed it was disappointing. I told the waiter I wanted 3 fish tacos ala carte, but my order had French fries and beans ??? . Not sure we'd go back..........."

"My husband, mother (who was celebrating her birthday), and I had a delightful experience at Pacific Catch. Everything we tried, from the fresh and delicious Ahi "Bombs" (Serrano) to the Rising Sun and Rainbow Rolls, Pacific Yellowtail Sushi Tacos, and Crispy Alaskan Cod, was excellent. The cocktails were also delicious. The service was friendly, and the restaurant had a quiet atmosphere, allowing for easy conversation. My only suggestion would be that if I had mentioned that it was a birthday celebration when booking our table, it would have been a nice touch for the restaurant to bring out something small with a candle at the end. This gesture doesn't have to be expensive, but it adds a lot to the overall hospitality experience. One of the standout features was that we were able to book a table for the same day and that the restaurant is open on Mondays. Thank you, Pacific Catch; we will definitely be returning soon!"

"We decided to enjoy a meal outdoors and chose to sit in the courtyard. To our dismay, two gentlemen were discreetly smoking cigars, which unfortunately tainted the ambiance as the smell pervaded the entire patio. None of the PC staff would speak to the gentlemen in an area where smoking was prohibited. As for the service, it left much to be desired. Our server seemed disinterested and appeared bothered when we asked questions about the menu. A simple gesture of a smile can often make a significant difference in a dining experience, but that too was missing throughout our meal. We had requested lemons, but our server failed to return with them. It was up to me to head to the bar and fetch them myself. In summary, while the setting could have been perfect for a delightful luncheon, the presence of cigar smoke and the lackluster service marred our experience. I hope Pacific Catch considers these areas of improvement, especially in terms of ensuring its staff is more attentive and responsive to customer needs."
