Injeolmi is the name of the Korean nutty ricecake made with yellow beans, it’s got the small rice cake pieces on top, in case you’ve never tried it. The color and the flavor of injeolmi is very similar to hojicha or misugaru (if you like 미숫가루 I highly recommend trying injeolmi 인절미 If you like Asian earthy flavors like matcha or misugaru I suggest that you give it a try : Even if you order other popular bingsoos like mango and strawberry bingsoo, try the Injeolmi bread toasts … ! they are so good very filling good amount to share with friends family. They have lots of hot toasted bread options with using Injeolmi seasoning and rice cake, I would love to try their matcha Injeolmi toast bread next time : They also have outdoor seating in case you feel too cold inside (I think they should turn down the a c inside a little, since the weather got a lot cooler..
