"We made a reservation for 7:15pm but the hostess admitted that she messed up and gave our table away to someone else. We told her we would get a drink at the bar. After 30 minutes we checked in with her and she had forgotten about us. We were finally seated at 8:00pm and placed our food order immediately (starving at this point). just 2 pizzas and a salad. The salad came out at 8:45 and just one pizza at 9:00pm. Our guest had eaten his entire pizza by the time the other one arrived. It was a challenge to get the bill to leave and we were grabbing ubers at 10:15pm. We didn't eat until 1hr 30min after our reservation time and we were leaving 3 hours after our reservation time."

"Stopped by here after grabbing a few drinks with a friend in Duboce Triangle The shop itself is very quaint and nice I stopped by later in the night while things were settling down, and there were plenty of tables in the back of the restaurant. I ordered the Original Chicken Karaage and the Garlic ramen The Karaage was very solid the exterior was very crisp and the meat itself was tender and juicy still. The lemon garnish and kewpie Mayo paired perfectly with the chicken. The Ramen was very garlicky (just how I like it) and the broth was rich and flavorful. The pork felt a little dry but overall it was solid. Service wise, I was seated very quickly and the staff were very friendly. My only complaint if anything was that I asked for the Goku Spice level of heat (the highest spicy level) on the ramen and the waitress serving me kept pushing back. I ended up getting the second spiciest option which really didn 't do anything for me as I have an extremely high spice tolerance. Would recommend this spot to anyone who wants to check out a ramen shop in the Mission area"
