"I am grateful to find a place that has default gluten free pho and a vegetarian (I think vegan) option. The broth was ddelicious and has depth of flavor. Great ratios of noodles to other stuff. My partner also liked his beef pho. Do not recommend the cucumber app, they lacked umami/salt as well as sweet.Not a huge fan that restaurants are passing extra expenses onto customers and asking us to pay huge tips by default for a low service style restaurantthat being said, I'd eat here again.
