"I ordered lunch online for myself and a coworker today and we got two sandwiches. Based on the options online, I asked for avocado to be added to my sandwich for a small charge and hers with NO mushrooms or tomatoes. After we walked to the business, walked back to our work, my sandwich had no avocado and her sandwich had all the ingredients that were specified to no be put on it. I had to go to a meeting and she walked back to get a new sandwich and they refused to make her a new one even with the receipt. Terrible service. I would recommend going to a different branch.We check the receipt that was printed out at the store versus the one online and it is set up weird. Online we selected no mushrooms etc but on the store receipt it comes up as no Extra mushrooms, no extra tomato’s. Anyway, the employees should be able to read a simple order but apparently couldn’t and wouldn’t fix their mistakes."
