"We were a party of 8, for the first serving (6-9) on New Years Eve 2023. All was well until the entree was served. 5 members of our party received their entree at 8PM, 3 of us did not receive our entree until 8:20 PM. At 8:30 we were advised by staff that we had to clear the table and move to the bar. We had not yet received the dessert serving, and had to leave by 9 for the next service crowd to arrive. Ambience was great, entertainment was good and novel, we enjoyed it. But it seems that the whole dinner service and event was understaffed, poorly organized, delays from kitchen, and haphazardly served. We had to ask for missing items from the table service, refills, and sat forlornly waiting for service of entrees. Other tables got their dinners well ahead of our party of 8. Over all we we disappointed to say the least. Uncertain if we and members of our party will return. Currrently we would not recommend the establishment to others do to the disappointment we endured on New Years Eve."
