"This used to be our favorite coffee stop. The coffee still tastes superb. The window service is pretty low quality now. I just moved back and couldn't figure out why my orders were so expensive. I realized today that they've been wrongly charging me for a larger size this whole time. And today, when ordering a friend's drink, the person at the window heard the wrong order, which happens no biggie, but then argued with us about what was ordered. It's ok to mis-hear an order, it happens, but then to repeatedly insist a customer ordered a weirdly complex drink that sounds nothing like the actual order and want them to pay for it, before it's even made, is bizarre."
