"I pre-ordered a cake for a 50th birthday and provided specific instructions. Unfortunately, the bakery failed to follow these instructions. The cake had poor handwriting and was written in the wrong color. The word "Birthday" was not even spelled correctly, which was disappointing. Additionally, when I went to pick up my order, the worker did not greet me, say a single word, and seemed to dislike his job. The management of this TLJ location on Union Street should reconsider their staff as it is creating a very poor customer experience. I typically enjoy TLJ cakes, but this experience with pre-ordering a cake fell far below my expectations."
