"Ordered tri tip subs, horrible meat. It was so chewy and hard I felt like I was going to choke on it. My gum is swollen and my tooth still hurts. Not sure why they have good ratings, May be avoid tri tip.Edit : I called the store and the associate spoke with the owner and gave me a call back. I bought 9 sandwiches and paid about $200 day before yesterday lot of money in Oroville. When I called they told me they’ll replace 1 sandwich and not all 9. This was a second opportunity for them to fix their mistake but they didn’t want to take it. I guess they don’t really care. I heard complaints about the tri tip from one other person."
