"Panera Bread, Watters Creek, Allen TX. Sister-in-law and I wanted to have a little lunch and noticed Panera Bread was close by. (WHERE is the health department!!? Uncovered bread against trashcan and by sink. When I said something about this, the person waiting on me just gave me the 'blank stare '. And she chose to leave the bread there after I commented. If this is the part I can see, makes me wonder how bad the rest of the food service area is. YIKES."
