"Modern Oyster is a first-class culinary experience that not only serves the best oysters in the city, but a wide range of creative seafood and fishing. And if someone in your party prefers something other than seafood, the menu includes a wide selection of prime beef, chicken, pigs with large sides and salads to choose from. We also understand that desserts are homemade and very special. This was our first visit and we have tasted delicious crabcakes, fried oysters, very tasty mussels and the best oysters while happy hour. Everything delicious and with excellent presentation. Our server, Mel, was also the first class and a great advantage for this wonderful family restaurant. The more casual atmosphere is welcome, but don't let it deceive... this restaurant is still high-end on par with Eddie Vi's, Flemings and Ocean 44 to name a few.
