"I was soooo disappointed with the food. The dishes tasted very commercial , as if they 're trying to appeal to everyone instead of sticking to Dominican/Caribbean flavors. Not at all what I was expecting. My party and I each asked for different items to spruce up our meals: a little lime here, some black pepper and steak sauce over there. It made the dishes palatable, but none of us cleaned our plates. The wilted lettuce and bruised avocado salad didn 't do much to make me a believer in this place.It was ridiculously hot, but our server kept telling us the A/C was on. This made us eat quickly and leave. The decor is vibrant-beautiful actually-but it 's not enough to make a return customer out of me."
