"Just got an order for pick up, ordered a ground beef quesadilla, got a cheese quesadilla. Ordered sopapillas for dessert and paid extra for ice cream, didn't get ice cream. I haven't eaten here for over a year because of the same issue while eating at the restaurant. Things haven't changed for pick up orders. I would recommend you try another restaurant."
