"Well, this experience was unlike any other that we have ever had with a restaurant. My wife and I were seated and we proceeded to review the menu’s. We were at the restaurant at approximately 6:45pm on a Friday evening and although there were many table filled, the restaurant was not at 100% capacity; there wasn’t even a line of people waiting for tables this night. For the next 15 minutes, not one employee of the restaurant made any contact with us. We watched several servers walk past our table multiple times and not one stopped to say, “we will be right with you”. The lack of attention to us, caused us to simply leave our menus on the table and leave for an alternative restaurant choice. I would like to say that I was overwhelmingly disappointed with this experience (and to a certain degree I am) but the fact of the matter is, we ended up at another Mexican restaurant that night. The alternative restaurant was smaller, less noisy, the temperature of the restaurant was not as frigid (this is Sept in Tucson, AZ) and they did not up-charge $6.95 for salas. Since when is this a thing to charge for salsa. This very likely is going to be the experience that keeps me away from this establishment in the future."
