"Staff tried hard to please but recipes were not very well planned or executed. Sent back 2 orders of shrimp hushpuppies that smelled great but they were still uncooked/raw in the center. Chef should have made 3 medium instead of 2 large to get centers cooked—would have been more eye pleasing too as odd numbers are best for any decor. Also had a guest with me who let the server know she was both dairy and gluten free...had to reorder twice. Server was very determined to make things right but he was clearly stretched across the entire restaurant. Executive chef/owner needs to take responsibility to provide ample education about the menu and preparation to entire staff."
