"Get the Carnitas!. We went to La Taqueria Lolita as part of our SLC Dining group. It's a hole in the wall on 900 S and 300 W. The decor is unique. Lots of corrugated steel, Christmas lights (it's April) and Corona stuff The food is good. Not knock your socks off great, but good. I had the enchilada yucatan, which pretty much tasted like any enchilada that is found along the Wasatch Front. My wife had the carnitas, and they were outstanding. Perfectly flavored, tender, with just the right amount of caramelized goodness on the pork pieces I found out as we were leaving that they won Salt Lake Magazine's Best of The Beehive award for the Best Taco.
