"Their ice cream with a balsamic reduction was really unique and delicious. I ordered a ginger peppermint tea, which was mostly peppermint and no ginger, but still good and paired well with the ice cream. I had a weird misunderstanding with the person who took my order. You go to the counter to place your order and pay before you get anything served to you. They added a tip line, which is totally fine, but always weirds me out when they do that before I 've even been served. That being said, I always default to 20% and accidentally hit the wrong button and selected 10%. I told the person I hit the wrong button, and asked if they could cancel it. The person said no worries so I figured we were good. The same person made a passive aggressive comment about their dollar tip to who I 'm guessing is the manager, in front of me and ignored me the rest of the visit. I chalked it up to a miscommunication and didn 't mark them down due to that. Of note, my bill was $8, so make sure you tip or communicate better than me for an improved experience. The overall spot is cute and has a selection of artisan chocolates and other unique items for purchase!"
