"The potatoes were raw, and the corn was freezer cold. We asked for a replacement, but apparently they were out of potatoes. They apologized profusely, but didn’t do anything to accommodate the cost of our meals. Others in the restaurant were experiencing the same thing. Manager said he was concerned, but didn’t offer any accommodation. When I asked for the owners phone number, the Manager promised to call me the next day to explain why all this occurred, but never bother calling. The bottom line is they had no real concern for the customer experience, only about putting the money in their register. Don’t take the chance, go to one of the other locations around town. Apparently, this location is longer part of the Juicy Crab chain, which certainly explains the non-existent quality control!"
