"I typically don't write reviews, but due to the manager not owning my issue and not picking up the phone I'm beyond disappointed with how he handles the customer satisfaction. My friend and I selected Molto Vino to enjoy our Sunday afternoon off from work. Overall the cheese platter and wine was good, but the grilled chicken had a funky scent. The main reason for my complaint is that I left a cash tip for the waitress and used my credit card to split the bill even with my friend. My friend left a tip on her card, as I crossed out the tip and wrote cash. The waitress accepted my cash tip and in error tan my friends tip on my credit card. I called the owner as he said he would look into it and to call him back on Monday. We'll he doesn't seem to answer his phone and said to me that I needed to apologize for being upset. What a bad customer experience. I'm disappointed in the management and wish he honored his commitment of taking care of the extra charge on my credit card."
