"I took my mother to Carmellos last night for a late Mother's Day celebration, and I must say I was blown away from the meal, service and experience! First, the waiting staff was so professional and friendly. We started with the scallops and oysters Rockefeller. My mother said that she had not seen Scallops cooked that perfectly in her life, and I must agree! They were delicious! The oysters were also fabulous, perfect to start our meal. Then my mother ordered the Primavera salad and I got the house salad. We both agree that the house salad was the winner, but the other salad was also delicious! The little goat's balls should die. I just had to try the rabbit (first time in my life) and that was great! It has to say, but tastes like raised chicken! Very delicious. My mother got the winning duck though... the Agnolotti filled with short ribs SO GOOD. Then we split the cream brûlée. It was perfect. I can't recommend Carmello enough. It is a 5-star restaurant right in our small town and it makes us real Italians very proud to look for an apology to go back!"
