"It takes a lot for me to want to leave a bad review but with the service we received, I feel it's necessary. We tried to order an PB&J shake(shown on the menu) and a chocolate Oreo peanut butter shake and was instantly met with an attitude from not just one of the staff but by all 3 girls that were in there. They said they don't make those anymore and didn't offer any solutions so we just ordered basically a pb&j shake by asking for strawberry ice cream with peanut butter and strawberry top...which seemed like a solution they could have offered. As they made that I ordered a chocolate peanut butter Oreo shake, asking for chocolate peanut butter ice cream and Oreos added in, well the girl instantly gave me an attitude about wanting cookies in it, then forgot to add them and when I asked her politely to add them thinking she just forgot, she rolled her eyes and laughed at with the other girls and they were mumbling comments. She only added in a small crushed amount and I instantly wanted to leave but my boyfriend wanted his shake so we waited. He asked if it could be topped with pieces of waffle cone and they replied they don't do that anymore either. I don't understand what's up with the attitude of the girls here or lack of flexibility to do things but it wasn't worth $8 per shake, save your money and go to Cold Stone where they have no issue being polite and accommodating you."
