"My family went here today and had a sweet waitress. However we waited an hour for our food and it wasn't busy at all. Just to hear a fight break out in the kitchen and a different waitress threw a plate of food at the cook. After that happened the cook went outside and we left without having food. So I can't judge the food. The place was very cute and I loved it until the incident took place."

"I visited this restaurant for the first time tonight and ordered online for pickup. When I arrived, my food wasn't ready due to computer problems, but it wasn't their fault. The host kept me informed and my order was remade to ensure it was fresh. I even received gift cards for the inconvenience. Overall, the customer service was excellent despite the technological hiccups. The food was delicious; the salad had crispy lettuce and well-seasoned chicken - the best salad I've had in a while. My husband enjoyed his burger as well. We will definitely be returning soon, as the hardworking team here makes great food. Thanks for a wonderful dinner!"

"Substitute this place for the original snack shack in the 50s of central. This place use to have a similar taste but now need to take the burgers into another directions. When you ask for extra spicy the lady said it’s only one level of spice. The combo comes with a kid size of fries, chili dog was all that great either could have been better. Fries taste like they were cooked in old grease not good at all. The smell lingers for while"

"Honestly one of my favorite Burger places! Food and service is always amazing. Was kind of disappointed that they didn't fries more zucchini when they were my favorite, but the sweet potatories were just as good. I got the Banzai Burger (which was absolutely amazing) and my husband got the Speck Cheeseburger! We also got the new cheese fondue to go with our pommes, which was also delicious!"

"I used to be a server myself and always left generous tips, but I was really disappointed with the service at this restaurant. The server was not friendly and seemed like he didn't want to serve us. He never asked if we wanted drinks refilled, and when we finally did ask, he only brought one drink for the entire table. We had to ask multiple times for each of us to get a refill, and even then, he only brought a small basket and placed it in front of one person. It was a strange experience. Despite leaving an 18% tip, I won't be returning to this restaurant."

"Came here to eat with my mom and since I was a young kid in elementary school we come by to have chicken tortilla soup. zwe were told today that Red Robin no longer sells soup. We were so very disappointed as that is the very reason we came. We instead get a burger to split and some bottomless fries. The fries were cold and looked old and the burger was okay taste wise but lukewarm. I expected better because I loved this place when I was young. Im going to be honest I don't think we will be coming back anytime soon."
