"I had been searching for a charming coffee shop to visit and came across this one, which got me really excited. The ambiance was wonderful, the staff were exceptional, my coffee tasted amazing, and they made sure I was happy with it. Everything seemed perfect until I sat down at a booth and suddenly felt something crawling on my shoulder. To my horror, I discovered I was being swarmed by at least six roaches. I was utterly disgusted and it completely ruined my morning. Sadly, I will not be coming back."
