"In an effort to charge our car, the valet permitted us to park in a non-designated spot next to one of the cars already charging. We had to request the other car be moved so we could use the functional charging station. The valet assured us we could leave the car there overnight and it would be fine. However, upon returning from dinner, we found our car had been moved to a non-parking spot, preventing us from charging. We were unable to contact the manager and the valet on duty refused to move the car blocking us.
After some time, the owner of the other car eventually appeared and moved their vehicle. The whole ordeal was frustrating and unnecessary. The internet connection at the charging station was unreliable, forcing us to call each time we wanted to start charging instead of scanning the app. The overall resort experience was enjoyable, but the charging situation was incredibly stressful. I recommend contacting the resort directly to confirm charging availability and speak with a manager to ensure a smoother experience. Despite the inconvenience, we would consider staying here again in the future."
