"Closing time should say the actual time of closing, we were turned away. Got there 10 min before, which I do realize is annoying but we just wanted some coffee. If the actual closing time was on the website we wouldn’t have rushed to get there."

"Got coffee, rice cake and banana bread.Banana bread was dry and old, rice cake served in a plastic foil could be easily used to hammer nails. Poor service. Not recommended for anyone who looks for professional modern coffee experience. Sorry guys but it was really bad. There are definitely much better places in Chicago to enjoy coffee and desserts.Got refund for the dry banana bread and they still insisted they baked it the same morning..."
