"I purchased a large sundae and a medium sundae at the Blue Springs, Missouri location. The medium sundae was so small that it didn't even fill the bottom of the cup. I understand that prices are increasing, but I can't imagine how small a small sundae must be now. When I inquired if it was truly a medium, I was assured that it was. The large sundae appeared to be what used to be a small. Overall, I was very disappointed with the portion sizes."

"Surprised to see the negative reviews. We decided to drive to the DQ after ten minutes at the Taco bell counter with ZERO support and 6 or 7 workers. The workers of DQ welcomed us unanimously in front of the door even behind us. The food was cheap, fresh, and the store was perfectly clean. How beautiful we actually took time to talk about how surprised we were. And our blizzards were thick and clobular, just as they should be. I am comfortable to give 5 stars because it has always been the same for 4 visits in a row in the last 3 months. All-in-all, a commendable job for employees and owners. Go on."

I have seen her handle difficult, indecisive, and rude customers (especially on Wednesdays when all soft serve items are buy one, get one free) and she remains calm and provides top-notch service no matter how challenging the situation may be."

"I have been a loyal customer of Brusters for years and have always loved this location. Recently, there has been a change in staff and it seems like they are not properly portioning the ice cream. I have noticed that the scoops on cones have been getting smaller while the prices remain the same. I'm not sure if this is only happening during certain shifts or if it's a new standard, but I hope they address this issue soon. I have heard other customers complaining about this as well."
