"Due to poor management by corporate I would not be surprised to see Shari's file chapter 11 within the next year or so. They are currently short staffing making the wait staff do twice as many jobs without an equal representation of pay. When leaving money for your server let them know that this is a gift and not something that needs to be shared to management or CEOs."

"My husband and I were sat by a very nice hostess at a table that still had trash on it. It was a straw wrapper between the salt and pepper. Forgiveable but after she brought our waters our server never showed up. We sat for 15 minutes before we left without anyone noticing. The place only had 5 or 6 tables so they were not even that busy. Probably not going back here."

"All 4 stars are for the fast and friendly service. I ate lunch with my dad. He ordered some sort of French toast made from a cinnamon roll. I noticed it didn't look good and was far from pretty but I wasn't the one eating. After we left, my dad said the food was horrible: dry bread (the cinnamon roll french toast) and watery syrup. I also noticed his over easy eggs whites looked still fairly raw. Unlike him, he didn't even eat them. I had a basic egg breakfast. I have no idea what the sausage was but it wasn't breakfast sausage. The one egg tasted like it was only a day or two away from rotten. The hash browns and English muffin were delicious and the muffin came with some sort of strawberry preserves or possibly mixed with raspberry, that I would love to buy a jar full. In their defense, we ordered breakfast at 2pm but in our defense, it was Shari's.."

"I was disappointed today. The coffee was cold but the hot chocolate was so hot it burned my grandsons mouth. I ordered bacon extra crisp and I got some very floppy bacon. After I paid the bill I went to a store and I noticed my ATM card was missing. I got the receipt but I am not sure about the card. I went back and the waitress was not very helpful. She said she placed it on the counter. It's been an hour and I still cannot locate the card. I had to make her take my name and number just in case someone turns it in or it's found. I was just put out on the service. I still left a decent tip but I don't think I will go back anytime soon."

"Pretty good, I enjoyed it and the service was the best I had at a sit down restaurant since before the virus started. The eggs were a little cold but the steak was hot is the only complaint. I yes the eggs were waiting on the steak to get ready. Maybe next time left it under a heating lamp while you wait on the meat and I would not mind."

"I came here as a delivery driver for DoorDash. The manager, a woman in her 50s or 60s with gray hair (I didn't get her name) told me it would be about 20 minutes. Not great but I don't wanna mess with my completion rate, so I waited. After 22 minutes, I asked the manager if that order is coming out soon. She then berated me, loudly and rudely saying, “Can you wait a minute?!” and saying that I should give the order to another driver if I didn't like the wait, and that I should get a thumbs down. … – show"
