"The menu is very different from most Greek restaurants. Many different decisions and some old standards BUT with a completely different flare. The presentations and preparations were excellent. Everything tasted so delicious!! The owner/Koch was very helpful and friendly. The waiting staff was very present and helpful.. It wasn't a surprise. The grilled shrimps were probably the best I ever had. All dishes were wonderful. The deserts were crazy. The blueberry baklava was from this world and the Ekmeck was orgasm. I can't wait to return."

"I had the paella. Must have misread the menu because I didn’t realize it was made with orzo. It was good, not great, but I would have preferred it with rice. Maybe the menu needs to be clearer, or maybe I just didn’t read the small print"

"I came based on this image of the interior on Google Maps and was disappointed when I got there so find the dining seating below ground in an outdated area. The ambience was very meh. Next to our dining table was a bucket of pita bread and a panini grill, that hasn’t been cleaned in a while, where they were heating up the pita…it was weird. We paid $17 for an appetizer of hummus, babaganoush and eggplant. Realistically it should’ve been $10. Portions were small of the dips and there were 3 small cold slices of eggplant. My mom said her chicken had a strange taste to it and my salad was small for $16. I expected much more to it for the cost."

"Oh no, not at all like I remember it from 1985. The only positive thing I can say is that they were open on a Sunday night and the beer was cold and inexpensive. As for the chicken in the sandwich..."

"The food is good, but the service is terrible and the food is overpriced. I likely will not be returning to this place."

"I recently embarked on a culinary journey at the Famous Greek Kitchen with my family. This was our second time here and we loved it! Among the culinary delights, I chose the soft shell crab, an exquisite gem from their specials. At the same table, two adventurous souls opted for the moussaka, while others indulged in the allure of Moroccan chicken and stuffed peppers. The symphony of flavors that graced our palates was not just delightful, but a masterclass in culinary artistry. The staff elevated our experience, their warmth as palpable as the aromas that filled the air. Attentive to every detail, they ensured our glasses were never in want of water and checked in on us with genuine care. Famous Greek kitchen's charms extend both indoors and out, where the outdoor seating resembles an enchanting garden oasis. While indoors matched the charm, I must confess it ran a tad warm. As with any masterpiece, imperfections exist. The parking situation proves to be a minor hurdle, with limited street parking and a small lot across the street. A drawback, though one beyond the restaurant's control, it could prove inconvenient for diners. Despite these minor inconveniences, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to those in search of an exceptional and tantalizing dining experience."

"Excellent service! Dao was our server and she is a young 83 year old. She was funny and personable. Served us impeccably and could run rings around most young servers. Drinks were a great value for top shelf. Meal was very good and would give excellent rating if the veal was less done. One of the few places in Toledo that serves veal."

The food is very fresh delicious here! I highly recomend visiting this place! Dietary restrictions: They were willing to substitutea different veggie instead of one that causes some stomache issues Service: Dine in"

"This is in awesome little old school diner that feels completely out of place in the area, but thats what I like the most about it. It is very retro on the inside and the people working here are very nice. They carry all the standard diner options, but my favorite thing here are the muffins, they ask you if you want them grilled and my answer is always yes. Im not sure how grilled they are as they taste almost deep fried...but that really brings a blueberry to the next level. The pricing is right for this sort of food and a good deal in brookline."

"Pretty disappointed for the price of the food. Taking into consideration the difficulty of COVID, inflation, I don't mind paying fair prices for decent food. I think the pictures provide proof. 9.99 for a hummus and falafel plate. 6 dry falafel on a bed of brown rotting lettuce, accompanied by an incredibly small, 3.25 ounce cup of hummus. The pita plate comes with a decent amount of pita, but the same, insignificant amount of hummus, no veggies, or anything. Absolutely not worth 10 dollars. Aside from the rotting lettuce, which was just a decoration... But why even do it.. the service was great."

"This is my second time and I must say that every time it was such a wonderful experience. At the beginning of the atmosphere is great! Nice layout! Great outdoor seating and just a nice place to eat with family! I was greeted twice by the cook, I think his name is Andres who put us and took our order both time! He knew everything on the menu and gave us great recommendations. I ordered the salmon both times and my son had steak! The food was cook for perfection! The fact that I was greeted both times by the chief andres and he took our order, says a lot about the cook himself! I can see the passion he has for cooking! I will definitely come as long as the boss is still there! Thanks again! I look forward to my next visit!"

"Pretty good diner experience near campus. It's roguhtly the same price as getting Greek food from the cafeteria if you are a student and the decor is more rustic and diner-like. It was greasy, like I expected."

"Meraki is a really cute spot in an interesting part of downtown. Truly a hidden gem, some would say. Pros:1. Service everyone was very smiley and kind!2. Ambiance we really did feel like we could have been abroad the decor is very cute3. Nice options on the wine listCons:1. The food.... unfortunately we didn't like anything we ordered. I was a vegetarian for a long time, but eat meat now, unless there are weird grisley/fatty portions of the meat. I had to spit out a few bites, which made my dining experience stressful. Overall, it's a cute vibe with friendly service. I would come back for a glass of wine, but skip the food next time."
