"It started out wonderful, Marcello and the staff were very friendly and accommodating,, up to the moment when my wife's plate came out, her lasanga dish was half frozen, unbelievable. But we got passed that, then the Cake, I brought in a strawberry shortcake for my mom's, 84th birthday, with 2 chocolate covered strawberries on top that I paid extra for at the Bakery, the cake comes out, marcehello, sings for mom, the slices come out for everyone, and I am looking for those special strawberries for mama. But there not there, I go to Marchello, where are my 2 chocolate covered strawberries, his reply, Sorry, I gave them to the Chef to eat OMG. I lost my mind, later he comes to me, and says, oh it's No big deal. How dare he do that, he ruined my moms birthday. I never have been in a place that would do that, I paid my bill in full, in cash, and still left a generous tip. I will never eat there again, and I hope whoever reads this review, will think twice about patronizing this establishment."
