"I go every day after tim hortons. I went to this special moment today because I was on another way for work. I choose tim hortons because I support their products, their efficiency and effectiveness. I always had such good interactions with employees, no matter what location I was. I was interrupted 3 times while I made a short order (two donuts, a sausage breakfast package and an extra big 3x3 darker roast with a shot espresso on the side). I order the SAME thing every day. I was interrupted three times while I gave my order. the kerl has my order three times total. When I asked for sauce on my breakfast cloth, he said: “I don’t know what you’re going to, but we don’t do so on these packs”. When I returned my order, I asked about my shot espresso and the girl told me it was in the coffee. I said politely that I wanted the shot on the side. she put her hand out of the ordered window that moves with her hand to give her my coffee. I repeated that I did not want the coffee on the side in my coffee and she said I had to return the coffee I had already had in my car (I already took a drink from it). when I refused to give her the coffee I had already drank from her, she refused to give me my shot espresso. I am so through the setting that I was given while I order, and then again, when everything I wanted, corrected my order. I never had to deal with such a boldness from everyone in a tim horton. I will not be back there (they will probably not take care) and I want everyone to know my experience to avoid the same situation. all I wanted was to enjoy my morning order of Tim’s while I was on the way to work. but I will report this absolutely to the company."
