"Server messed up one entree (wrong kind of soup...there are only two on the menu and “gumbo” seemed pretty obvi). Kitchen messed up a second entree when they ran out of crawfish etouffee and the server didn’t give us the option to order something else until he delivered all of the other entrees to the table. He offered the foodless guest a bowl of gumbo while his re-order was being prepared, and then comp’d him NOTHING on his bill...we were charged the full price of the gumbo and the re-ordered food. Then three of us sat there and watched the 4th person in our party eat is late entree after we had finished eating. That’s always awkward. Also, minor detail, but no one (the hostess, server or manager) even apologized for the errors."
