"The Hand-Cut Ribeye was great and cooked like I ordered. However, the ribs were dry and hard so most of it was not edible . The Caesar salad was basically lettuce with a side of parm cheese and caesar salad dressing. Overall it was not the quality I expected!"

"I was at Texas Steakhouse Thursday evening with friends. My food was absolutely awful. The salmon was hard dry and extremely overcooked. The steak was burnt on the edges and raw on the inside. Both items appeared to have been cooked twice or sat under the heat lamp entirely too long while waiting for the other dishes. I don't want to get into my friend's food and their disappointment, but when I mentioned to one of the servers that I would like to speak to the manager we waited and waited and then finally she came back and said I'm sorry but the manager is very and cannot come. All I wanted was for my food to be remade or at the very least acknowledge the issue. I am not typically one that enjoys complaining. But this was completely unacceptable from the manager. We will never come here again. Extremely disappointed in the staff/ management and food."
