"Visited for the first time and found this restaurant through a Google search during the area. I started with appetizers Cajun egg rolls and Boudin eggs. I had a creole background myself, I was very excited to try this food! The appetizers were tasty but with the Boudin balls I would suggest having a more seasoned rice before roasting. (The food can be cooked from shared recipes) so that I totally understand may not want to change things. The Cajun egg rolls were good, but I just didn't get the Cajun taste I was hoping. The chicken fried Gator was fine again, only the flavors I missed earlier. The sweet tea is amazing! Red beans and rice had a little sweet undertone, but still good. I appreciate the good customer service! The zydeco game in the restaurant definitely reminds me of my grandma!"
