"The restaurant has a lovely decor that evokes a sense of sophistication, particularly for a spot in New Jersey. However, the service fell short of expectations for a restaurant of this caliber, especially considering the higher prices compared to other top restaurants in New York. Our waiter seemed unaware of the menu items and only provided us with the appetizer menu instead of the full menu. We had to point to items on the menu to indicate what we wanted. Additionally, we noticed that different servers attended to us for appetizers, drinks, and main courses, rather than having one consistent server. The food was generally good, but could benefit from more dinner options. It would be helpful to provide better training to the staff on being prompt, understanding the menus, and recommending popular dishes."
