"The floor was very disgusting as we walked in. It seemed like it was greasy and dirty. If my boys hadn’t wanted to eat there so much, we would have just left as soon as I felt Like it wasn’t very clean. The service was just okay. Had a hard time getting the server’s attention after he had taken our orders. We wanted to order additional drinks and the boys wanted chopsticks. By the time we were finally able to get chopsticks, their food was cold and they didn’t eat much of it. I had ordered steamed rice while everyone else at our table ordered fried rice. I had to ask twice to actually receive it. We chose this restaurant over Benihana just so we wouldn’t have to go to Mall of America and be around so many people. I was very disappointed in our experience and next time will choose to risk contact with the masses."

"Love the waffles! What really surprised me was her BACON... thick cut and of high quality. This is NOT typical for breakfast served restaurants these days, at least in this price class that is appropriate. I'm here 5 times in the last two months or so, and Crystal was my server a few times to today... She is a real customer service professional with a GREAT setting. The other employees were also solid servers."

"Waffle Shop has been our go-to breakfast place for several years now. We’ve gotten to know some staff by name, and they’ve gotten to know our group and our orders! Rosie is wonderful by remembering us and our orders, Christina is always friendly, and Cori, the owner, is always very friendly as well. The food very rarely ever disappoints. The only times we are ever disappointed is when they run a special on rib-eyes for the weekend and run out! All in all, great place, great food, great servers, and great price. I will always love going here. The Gourmet Waffle and Milwaukee Omelettes are my favorites, and the sausages are the best I’ve ever had. Really. Nowhere else can compare."

"This is a very good restaurant. First of the food is very good. And there is a big selection. It's also welcome to anybody since the food is kosher if you're Jewish you can eat there as well. Doesn't mean the food is bad. The costumer service is very nice. Never had a problem. The only problem I have is that some of the seats need to be fixed. But overall it is a good restaurant and I would recommend you go there. Also it has a very good friendly vibe."

"Super tasty food and crazy fast service Christian was our server and he was fantastic! Omelette souffle was delicious. Pancakes were fluffy. Big portions as I took half home and enjoyed it the next day. Yum! We'll definitely be back!"
