"We understand they were understaffed, but the service was almost nonexistent. Our wine glass didn’t have a proper base and ended up on the floor. It took an eternity for our order to be taken, and we even had to follow up after the meal. Aside from the crab ravioli, the food was not well prepared. The branzino was so old that it left our mouths feeling irritated. The short rib was tasty, but it looked like it was made by an amateur. The duck breast was served cold, and the skin wasn’t cooked properly. The mostarda was weak, and the oysters were not properly chilled. The bread was hard, as if it had been frozen. While the olive oil cake had good flavor, it was dense and also seemed frozen."
