"I have never been treated quite as rudely as I was the night that seven friends and I went here for dinner. We were treated as if we were second class by the server and management. We left after a drink and looking over the menu. I have eaten in some fine restaurants, many in NYC, that were finer than this one. However, they were as they say in the south ;uppity ;, myself I considered their attitude pompous and self important. You want RUDE and impolite... then by all means go here for a meal. Take your friends so that they can experience it too. It was charming to be treated as if you were sitting below the salt. Everyone should have this feeling in a place they intended to spend an evening with friends. DONT MISS IT."

"I was so thrilled to find a place in Knoxville that isn’t freaking out over a virus! You’ll see negative reviews because the servers aren’t wearing masks and they’re not enforcing masks. And to each their own. But that’s what actually convinced me to go here. There are plenty of people with enough common sense to not care if anyone has a mask on or not. I’m an adult and can make my own health decisions. My body my choice right? So I came to Casen’s because I saw the negative reviews over their lack of “virus response”. And it was amazing to get to eat at a restaurant that’s not scared to death of a virus that has done nothing to our community except destroy a bunch of businesses. The food was good. I would not recommend the ribeye. $30 and just wasn’t a good one. Not real good flavor. The rest of the food our party had was excellent. So, don’t do steak here. But anything else is pretty spot on."

"The food was so in the Canyon Lakes Restaurant Brewery. I went there for her Super Bowl party and I had her Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich, which was ok and I had her barbecue chicken wings that were also ok. I ordered a Sangria, but I didn't like it and got a glass of Merlot instead. The staff was very friendly and our server was good. They were late for the Super Bowl party and I thought they had through the time we had there (2 pm). The owner told me about the use of one of the high chairs to keep my wallet and bag, and I told the manager, I didn't like what he said because there are many chairs available. He finally apologized for what he said and I accepted the apology."

"I was excited to eat here because of the reviews, so I came around 1030am on a Thursday. I stood around at the host stand for 10 minutes with another couple who had been waiting there before me. I ordered the Benedict wrap and the hollandaise sauce was super watery and soupy. Couldn't pick up the wrap, and had to eat it with a fork and knife. Best part of the meal was the potatoes. It was me and one other table and the server knew the other table, so they got a lot of attention. Which I understand but I was never asked, until I was ready for the bill, how everything was. I typically love to write positive reviews but, this was rough."

"Grand Dukes has the food I have been eating all my life,77. It reminds me of my Czech Granny Lily and my Polish Granny Eva. And then as time went on my mom and dad kept the food going and me too. I was very lucky to live in Berwyn Illinois with loads of restaurants as well as neighboring Cicero. They are all gone. Grand Dukes brings all Eastern European food together. Delicious. There is such a wide selection of anything you can remember or are eager to try. Your food arrives tasty and hot. Many people celebrate happy occasions which provides fun and happiness for other diners"

"I just love Fresh Market! I'll listen whenever I'm in Brighton. I love that they have vegans and gluten-free options! I always look at the fully cooked TV dinner section... It is always exciting for me to see what plant-based option they have created for this week. I'm also a HUGE fan of the calf and sweet potato salad with brown sugar dress from the salad bar... (it's my favorite! the fresh juices in the house are always a good choice. Also a nice little bonus as it is almost Christmas, as I leave this comment... You can find gelatin free (vegan marshmallows here for your holiday table! They store many different gluten-free treats such as bread, bakery, crackers and more! I've even seen them make gluten-free pizza dough. They also carry a beautiful range of high quality meat and fish. Here's something for everyone! And it's such a great place to stop for a healthy fast lunch. Staff are so nice and friendly, they make it a wonderful place to visit! If you are not yet in Simple Fresh Market, make sure you try it. You will not be disappointed!"

"We were out of towners. The building is historic and awesome. It’s a great location to take a walk after dinner. Food and drink selections were great. There are so many options in downtown Asheville and this is no exception. We ended up eating there a second night because of the overall experience. Both waiters we had were great. "The games and go-karts are definitely the main attractions here. There's a great selection of beer, but the food options were quite limited. We ordered guacamole, which was tasty, but we were very hungry! The main issue we encountered was with the staff. Most of the employees appeared to be young and seemed more interested in their phones and chatting with each other than in running the games or engaging with customers. At one point, I had to approach a couple of girls to ask if they knew who was in charge of a game because we had been waiting without assistance for about five minutes. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and nice, though I regrettably didn't catch her name. While we genuinely enjoyed the games (although we were unfortunate to find three of them out of order that night), we were just as, if not more, disappointed by the customer service. We may return to try out some of the games we missed, but probably not until the staff situation improves."
