"Made a reservation online for a special occasion and confirmed the reservation with “Mel.” Online confirmed EMC was open till 11. We were on time for our 8:45 reservation only to find the restaurant “closing early” at the direction of the bar manager. The owner of this EMC franchise should wonder why his staff is closing his restaurant early, when the rest of the mall is open late, packed with hungry patrons. Am enclosing a picture of the online EMC hours showing open till 11 on thursdays. No one at EMC even bothered to apologize, blaming it on a former Manager. One employee claimed she called 2x and left messages the restraturant was closing early which is false. No messages received from EMC. Skip this dump and go to a real restaurant that cares about its patrons, putting service before the whims of its staff."

"I just had to share how fantastic our experience was today at this restaurant. The pizza was thin, crispy, and delicious, the jalapeno poppers were spicy and flavorful, the garlic bread with cheese was perfect, and the onion rings were crispy and tasty. They have really improved from our past visits. Consistency is key, and they have definitely regained our trust. Cheers to the amazing team, we will definitely be back!"
