"Never going back again… what a nightmare. I ordered one sandwich for pick up, was told 30 minutes seems a little long but okay get there in 30 picked up the food and when I went to eat it it was ice cold…. Figured I shouldn’t of listened to him and went early. So i called and requested a refund and told him to be more specific with weight times because 30 minutes is to long for a sandwich. and was told that’s not how it works here in an aggressive tone very strong accent. Was told 30 minutes is the minimum weight time. I said okay have a nice day you just lost a solid customer, was told “no big deal we have plenty of customers my friend” I’m sure the boss would be pleased with that…. Such a simple manor could have been handled way better"
