"We redeemed 10,000 points from the Open Table system and the restaurant had NO CLUE how to handle this. Kyoto was wonderful but their interface to Open Table was abysmal. The Open Table people should instruct participating restaurants about the redemption process. Very disappointed on the part of Open Table."
