"The pizza quality used to be better. The Sicilian slice was flat and lacked flavor. But, I rated 3 stars because of the rude/un-interested customer service. Every time I call for a simple takeout order, they rush me off the phone even though they’re not busy. Then, they’re rude when you go to pay."
