"When at the drive through I went to order 2 chicken quesadillas with no cheese. Right after I hear someone mocking me for removing cheese from the order while the person taking my order laughed. With people having allergies towards dairy being common this is unacceptable. Noone tried to apologize even after I point this out and they continued to laugh."

"I recently went to the local Taco Bell in New Boston,Texas...I ordered a number one supreme tacos...and I am sending attachments of what I got..1st I was informed they didn't have any sour cream....I said that would be fine even though I was being charged for it.2nd I get to the window and asked if I would like sauce,YES mild...then told we only have hot...I then said okay give me whatever you want...3rd I get home the tacos placed in the bag smashed and upside down4th I realize they are small tacos no tomatoes....And that was it!!! I drove back and the manager refunded my money, however this didn't help me with dinner and for sure not like the taco bell experiences I have had in Tulsa ,Oklahoma where I am originally from.... Totally disappointed in the quality,customer care ...."

"I’ve eaten at this location several times out of convenience and it’s always meh. Everytime there has been at least one thing in the order that seemed like it had beeen sitting on the counter since yesterday. Went there the most recent time and ordered food and waited in drive thru line for close to 30 minutes, it was a long line so I didn’t mind, I kind of expected that. What I did mind was that I expected the food would finally for once be hot and fresh…nope; every single thing I ordered was cold. I’m not a super picky eater and have eaten cold food many times in my life but this time was so bad I threw the whole bag away. Don’t waste your time here. If there was a no star option this place has continually earned it from my experiences there and I’m not going to waste my time writing a review like this from one bad experience; it’s been about 5 in a row now and the last one was the burrito supreme of them all. Just want to save other people from wasting their time and money."

"It's Taco Bell, so food is always the same. Tho today the sour cream was actually on the OUTSIDE one of my tacos. All right, all right. It tasted the same, I guess. Service is always good, never exaggerated, despite the first-class location directly opposite the road of Chick-fil-A."

"What 's the deal with the dining room closed except online orders but online orders are not allowed outside of doordash? In addition to consistent wrong orders and poorly made food it 's sad that this is the only taco bell in the area. I get there is aworker shortage and I get that people have a hard time in the service industry, I 've been there, but don 't just break a taco byputting it under everything else in the bag. Also the crunch wraps should be renamed to lettuce wraps. That 's all that 's inthere half the time"

"It's nothing amazing, but if you want cheap fast food that tastes good, this place works well. Total waiting time is usually about 6-7 minutes if you have a few vehicles before you (usually the case is). Prices are decent compared to what is going on today. Never had bad experiences with employees, whatever is a plus."

"We have tried this location several times, but it seems they need to pay more attention to their customers' orders. We requested just three tacos and two burritos, but received the wrong items instead. The customer service is quite poor, with our small order taking almost 20 minutes to be prepared. There seems to be a lack of communication and listening skills among the staff. They either need to retrain their employees or consider hiring new ones. I would definitely recommend seeking out other restaurants in the area for better service and food!"

"The Drive Thru is horrible I repeated my order three times.. two people working the voice and register.. lost! it was so bad that I got back in line reorder did not ask for a refund and it was STILL WRONG.. as a business owner and as a former TCB employee .. you have got to do better ugh .. I even gave back the messed up food and I even paid for my reorder. UPDATE So my daughter really wanted some TCB, so I gave in and gave it another try. I must say that this return visit such a great improvement. (and no, they did not know it was me on the return visit. Everything was great. Customer service, food prep, and attitude. The two young ladies and their manger were very professional. Sorry no pictures to post , we ate everything. This was in the drive thru."

"I'm in this Taco bell as normal and they always get the order right. Our old car was always green and they always called it Baja Blast Mobile. I love how friendly the staff is here every day. Great food for a great price. Very recommended"
