"The El Toro in Englewood had a promising start but unfortunately went downhill, especially for me as a frequent customer. This is the second time they have messed up my order. The first time I ordered chimichangas with rice instead of beans and fajitas, but when I got home, the fajitas were missing and the chimichangas were lacking salad, tomato, and acidic sauce. The salsa they provided with the chips was almost empty. I decided to give them another chance and ordered chimichangas with rice again, making sure to check everything this time. However, when I got home, the chimichangas were soggy. When I called to complain, I was told that the staff on duty was on break and I could drive back to get a new order. I will not be going back to El Toro and will instead try a different restaurant for Mexican food."
